RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

  • In the same condition as it was received

Sale items or customized products are not eligible for returns.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48–72 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the issue

We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, based on your preference.

4. Return Process

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 3 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
